Bottle racks come parted out. To make a complete rack, you must purchase: (1) Dual Rack Assembly, (1) Wingnut, (1)  Hold Down Bar, (1) Bracket and (1) center rod. Center rods are not universal. You must choose the center rod to match your tank size.
