Stainless steel backing plate for installation. Constructed from heavy gauge type 316 stainless plate with built in safety eyes on both sides. Accommodates all heavy 30°, 15°, 0° rod holders in gunnels up to 1-3/4" thick. Includes stainless bolts, locknuts and washers for a strong installation.
